All our items are made to order, so please allow 14 working days for your garment to be made and dispatched. If you need your item sooner than this, then please e-mail us and we will endeavour to help.

All items delivered to UK addresses will be carefully packaged and sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery or Special delivery which is fully insured, fully registered and is delivered to most areas on the next working day before 1.00 pm. A signature will be required when your parcel arrives. We charge £2.00 for small items less than £20 and £3.95 for all other single items in the UK.

For orders outside the UK we will send by Royal Mail air signed for: prices and delivery times vary depending on the destination, so please e-mail for additional information and a quotation. If you require your corset urgently, then please contact us for a quote for sending by courier. We now have an international postage option in EXTRAS, simply click on EXTRAS and choose which area you want it posting to.

Returns policy

We will only exchange the item if returned within 7 days of receipt

Conditions for exchange: -

Item is still in BRAND NEW CONDITION.
Item has been used to try on only (we can tell if it has been worn out!).
Exchange only applies to different size same item.
Item must be mailed back to us by special delivery and buyer must pay for both return mail and new item delivery making sure to pack item carefully.
