Black mini top hat fascinator with purple flower and hearts
This pretty hand-made top hat fascinator is made from stiffened black satin with matching millinery net and trimmed with a hand sewn purple tulle flower and tiny purple hearts. It measures 3"(7.5cm) high and the brim measures 5 1/2" (14cm) by 4 1/2" (11.5cm). It has a narrow but strong elastic head band so its easy to position and the elastic can be covered by your hair.
